This place is horrible, the staff aint got a clue what's going on. They are rude, even staff members shouting at each others if someone has does something wrong. Even over heard staff saying I don't even know if im working tomorrow as the boss has not done the rota again!. this place should be shut down, I will be also putting a complaint into the council about how poor this place is run. the management should be sacked
