Brilliant service today from Dom!! Thank you also to Lisa (hope i've got your name right). After a problem with Samsung curved Tv, which Samsung absolutely refused to help me with, Dom immediately offered a replacement without any quibble. Can't thank you enough after all the stress this has caused me!!
Good shop, but the staff seem to be bored to death or just plain miserable, as their communication and face expression looks as if they were dragged there, against their will.
The staff in this branch although friendly are very slow. Some days you may have to queue for ages as only one member of staff is on the till. When you finally have paid for your goods you then have another long wait before your items arrive. Convenience is the main reason why people use Argos as prices are normally quite reasonable and improve to very good when there are special discounts, offers or voucher back promotions going on.The returns guarantee is very useful especially for unwonted or broken Christmas presents but make sure you keep your receipts. However they only use one till for returns so once again you need to queue and wait for ages.The one thing that this branch desperately needs is more staff and I just hope that happens before Christmas
Possibly the best shop on the high street. Could do with extra self service machines to add to the only 1 in the store... useful during busy periods
