Don't go here. Dismissive and poor beside manner
Called doctors and received a call back. Where to start. !Dr asked what the problem was, I explained my symptoms and was abruptly interrupted & told Ill prescribe antibiotics - u can pick up prescription tomorrow!!!! Oh ok, didnt think they just dished them out without consultation first? They do at this practice ! Felt like an inconvenience, unprofessional and unsympathetic.
This is for the surgery not a specific doctor. Been with them for 8 years but I've had enough of their inflexibility and will be moving surgeries. Near impossible to get through only to be told you can't book an appointment unless a doctor calls you. My daughter moved to St. John's last year and it's like night and day. Never had an issue with the doctorshere, however reception staff are the usual bolshy unhelpful types.
Really went above and beyond expectations. So so kind and cannot thank you enough
