Terrible reseptionist! I rang a dozen times, finally got in and she offered me an appointment and because it was in 15mins time from the call I had to decline and ask for a later one as takes me 25 mins to get their as gotta wait for partner to take me as cant walk much from a previous fall. And she said your holding up the Que!!! I was only on the phone 1 Minute and asked for another appointment so I can get their in time! Not only that but I told her my issues to why I needed to see a doc and she is "I don't think you need to see the doctor for that" Good job I did as that issue ended up being a very important issue to my health. They know nothing and judge you and speak very rudly to you... But the main doctors Dr Law, Dr sakar, Dr Baylis etc you can't fault! Just the resection team!!!
Ring up at 8am and it's always busy! Getting a joke now.. They need to seriously sort it out
Extremely difficult to get appointments, when you do get an appointment just get fobbed off to get you gone as quick as possible, diagnosis by certain doctors very poor, reception staff unhelpful and stroppy.
There seems to be no one taking phone calls on reception what so ever. Unorganized
I have used this surgery for the past 4 years. And other than one receptionist who is quite rude - all other staff are great, including Dr Pryke. I noticed some reviews mentioning and felt I should also let people know that he is a good doctor who listens to you.
