Ripped an expensive down sleeping bag. They stitched it back up, after losing some of its filling. They were very unapologetic blaming it's age (20 years, but in good condition). In the past, it has been washed by a service that specifically do down bags and I have done it myself with no problems. No compensation, no money back for the service. Very disappointed as I have used them for a long time for suits with no complaints.
