Poor organisation and communication.A friend went here to try and deal with an inheritance issue. Thomas Horton took a long time to even provide an appointment and then when one was made told him they could not help as they were not on the accredited list for Coventry building society. They had been informed on an initial email that this would be the building society dealing with the case, however had obviously not read this detail prior to booking the appointment. I feel their attitude to their clients needs a review as this has caused undue stress and has been a waste of precious time.
