Table had food left on it, no bitter ales, but the food and service was nice, would go again. Chicken pie and veg was hot and tasty
Great bar with fantastic cocktails! There was no space to sit when I went though and had to come back an hour later to find somewhere to sit. But the great drinks and friendly staff made up for it!
Classy feel to the place, nicely situated on the pedestrian area of the high street. Lots of seating and large tables, good for small and large groups. Live entertainment on occasion. Massive range of drinks available including cocktails. Food is limited in variety and quality, however, and everything is quite expensive.
Saturday night at 10pm is not a great time for speedy service. But, the drinks were to die for and I loved how the bartender was multi tasking three drinks orders at a time. Like a scene from the film "Cocktail" Great atmosphere and a good DJ as well.
It was fine to go out for the evening, only criticism would be the cocktails and the excessive ice! Also 2 for 1 is not a good deal when the cocktails are so expensive to start off with. Did not feel like we got good value
