Even though it's a chain the staff are nearly always happy and friendly.
We were very unhappy to see delivery all around shop floor and animals still being cleaned out at gone 10.00. I think it's disgraceful to have to walk through this unsightly mess when trying to shop. I understand that this is a 'new ' procedure to the company. The animals bring cleaned at a later time than as was, before the store opened is for customers to see this action take place. Forgive me but how stupid do you think your customers are. We are fully aware animals are cleaned out and delivery does arrive, how else do pens look clean and the goods get on the shelving. What a stupid idea this is. I for one do NOT want to see this when visiting to make any purchases, visit the vets or the groom room. We were visiting the vets with 2 young dogs who were spayed last week. We have problems with the operation site on both out girls and wasn't pleased to walk through the mess when on the floor when the both have infected wounds. I in no way blame the assistant who had been called to help a customer, this is due to company policy. Bring back the old system and let us enjoy out visit to any pets at home, instead of struggling through a disaster area. You may also want to take into consideration slip trip hazards !!!!!!!!!
I enjoyed going here. They sell shrimps for those who are interested. The staff are nice they stroke your dog and try and give them one of those dry biscuits on the counter. Overall the same as pets 4 you so if this place is closer you may as well as it's all the same stuff. Kiss kiss Steve
