I have had 2 physios, each offered a comprehensive service and were very thorough in looking at the underlying causes in both subacromial impingement (shoulder) and spinal muscular imbalances. This was impressive considering the time constraints. Their approach means you can get more out of the session if you are proactive. Catherine especially has that rare passion for her work not found in too many people nowadays. Her will to ensure your problem is alleviated projects a trustworthy and optimistic vibe, that makes you want to correct small changes in your technique. Would highly recommend for sports people.
Catherine is a fabulous physio, she solved my ankle issues with a practical and no nonsense approach, and when I stop doing my home exercises she's great at getting me back on track.
Excellent physiotherapists who are all friendly and professional. Private patients are accepted although the practice gets a lot of referrals from local Doctors. This should tell you how good the various physiotherapists that work there are. The practice also run group exercise sessions which helps the more mature clients. The reception staff are also polite and friendly. They will always try to accommodate your appointment time requests.
