The lady working in the ticket office today at 1015 is am angel. I thought I'd forgotten my phone so couldn't pick my ticket to London up. She grabbed her phone and let me log in to my email account and retrieve the reference number.
The place is much better than the old station, but where is the shop that is a big let down, get on with it

Needs to have a couple of toilets that are open for the public at all times rather than only when the office is open
New station is great. Clean, safe and well staffed. Ticket machine simple to use. Ample parking now compared to previous station. Much improved.
