Brilliant staff, so welcoming and helpful.
Reception seemed very friendly but since the buyout from CVS. The vets have gone massively downhill. There's only 1 vet on after 2pm, normally stressed and tries to get pets in and out as quickly as possible. You never seem to see the same vet ever again and most of the time they don't read what others have written on the file. We used to really like this vets but have now moved to Client Hills.

I have seen most of the vets at this practice in recent months and they have been wonderful. I have been with the practice over 33 years and panicked slightly when the last of the original partners retired but have found the vets working there now great. If I wanted to see the same vet I worked the appointments so that I could even if it meant going to Droitwich or Rubery. Very happy with all aspect of care, vets, nurses and reception staff.
