Use this place when staying with family on Bromsgrove. 5 for a session is excellent. So many other places take the piss with their single session prices, but a fiver to chuck a few weights about is great. Plenty of free weights, heavy ones too. Cardio section isn't amazing, but it's not that kind of gym. It's a weights gym, and is spot on.
