Excellent experience from start to finish. The store staff where very friendly and not pushy. Delivery guys where patient and very good. Had a slight delay on the furniture but the staff kept us informed and where very helpful. I will be back!
Had table & chairs delivered & set up today for my elderly father-in-law. Fantastic service from start to finish. Disposed of old furniture for him & took away cardboard. Just what you need with an elderly relative who couldnt of managed on his own.
Just received our sofa from the outlet warehouse and we are very very happy. It fits the room perfect. Your delivery team are very pleasant. Highly recommend the store to anyone looking for a bargain! Well done
The furniture is overpriced tat. Within six months of buying our new sofa at the end of 2017, the stuffing had created a big lump on one of the seat cushions which led to the material becoming ruffled and pinched. It took over five weeks for the repairman to come out and fix it. Considering we had spent nearly 1200 on the sofa (and about 4000 in total on other pieces of furniture) the company didn't seem too concerned about our complaint. The customer service was also poor. We were treated in a rude, confrontational and abrasive way from the get-go. When we complained about the sofa for the second time (two unsightly black marks have appeared on the back cushions), we were told that it was our fault for buying a light coloured sofa. The member of staff in question is in dire need of an attitude adjustment. The entire experience was unprofessional. I won't be shopping here again.
Went to look at sofas. The staff were very patient and helpful as I was a long time making up my mind with so much choice. Delivery was very quick and my old sofa was dismantled and taken away, something that had put me off buying a new sofa for a long time. All in all a very pleasant experience.
