The most ridiculous service ever. We ordered a sink which was supposed to arrive at 12/1/2019 between 10:00-13:00, and these people think its best to notify us that they don't even have the goods, after the delivery is over due. Obviously speaking to some poor employee of their dispatch company on the other side of the world didn't help either. My advice - next time - John Lewis .
I purchased a villeroy and boch kitchen sink and waste from this place. Online ordering was easy and I chose to collect my item on checkout as I live near Bromsgrove.There are mixed reviews about this company online so I thought it will be best to visit rather than pay to have it delivered. The collection point was tricky to find as once in the industrial estate, there are too many unmarked roads leading off to units. Definitely read the click and collect confirmation email, Google maps helped me locate with ease as my satnav was useless! On arrival there were several vans and lorries at the place loading, but parking was fine. I waited in reception after giving my order details to a lady. The lady checked all the items with me and made sure everything was perfect before I was asked to sign for acceptance. Really happy with my purchase and the quality of the sink, it was nearly 35% cheaper than the kitchen supplier! Overall the staff were very friendly and seem to be very knowledgeable in the products they sell, I did mention to the lady that I was dubious about the company because of the reviews online, hence collecting my items, but she did explain that happy customers dont really leave positive reviews, only the unhappy customers go out of their way to leave negative reviews. I was told the company have sold over a million items and if everyone left a review, it will paint a different picture online, so here is a review from a happy customer! Thank you guys.Thanks Mohit
I have just collected my order of kitchen sink and tap from TapsUK. This place is little hard to find even with satnav but my google maps on my phone helped me get here efficiently enough.Waited about 5 minuets in reception for my goods to be fetched from the warehouse, the place is extremely busy with all the warehouse staff rushing round to dispatch orders I am guessing, the yard full of goods waiting to be loaded on to the lorry so not a friendly place for kids.All the staff I spoke to were very pleasant and the girl who served me allowed me to check the items with her before acceptance and one of the guys helped me with my goods to my car. Overall I am happy and would not hesitate to buy from them again.
Beware. The amount our tap is leaking from the inside of the tap assembly there is no way the tap would have gone through QC.Returns policy doesnt accommodate a return after installing so I am now stuck with a faulty product, no mains water, no dishwasher and taps uk are waiting for a technician to come back from leave so nothing is happening until at least the 4th day of an issue and at best I will have a solution sent to me on the 5th day of raising an issue. Assuming I either disassemble the unit myself and fit an o ring or get a plumber out.If you supply products that arent tested you need a returns policy that accommodates you sending faulty products out. Leaving customers with no options and at the whim of one member of staffs holiday is unacceptable.Awaiting a managers call to see reason and come up with a viable/amicable solution.
BEWARE. Purchased a tap advertised as a Franke Pro Top Lever. Photograph on eBay showed a Top Lever Pro but the tap supplied was a Franke Novaro Plus which is a lower quality tap that is not distributed in UK by Franke UK.Very misleading, on purpose to entice customers to purchase? Now they are saying if I want to return it I will have to pay for a courier/postage even though the Pro Top Lever tap was advertised as the tap I purchased and not the Novaro Plus that I recieved.STEER CLEAR AND SAVE YOUSELF THE HASSLE OF DEALING WITH A COMPANY WITH NO UNDERSTANDING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.
