As good as any Premier Inn, we've stayed at 10/10. Friendly, efficient staff lovely good and excellent service.
Not up to their usual standard, broken table lamp switch missing, just a hole, stuff on carpet, hair on wall. Usual slop in the brewers fayre, half a chicken was smothered in BBQ which had got a skin. Disgusting.
Pretty basic.. room was tidy upon arrival. Bathroom had a foul smell and the bath had mould round the seal.. Got a good night's sleep.. bed sheets were clean but also smelt iffy.. had to give them the once over with the lynx.
Staff were really friendly - we stayed around Halloween and the kids got goody bags. There is a Brewers Fayre on site that has a soft play for kids inside it which was brilliant. The hotel is ideally placed for Cadbury World and gave us everything we needed for a family of 5 (including rooms next door to each other so we were all really close together).
Loads of parking and always a helpful member of staff on the front desk. Room was comfortable but needed a deep clean. 2 people staying in one room normally means more then 1 towel and pillow is needed. That was the only downside. Otherwise a well located quiet Premier Inn.
