I bought a pair of lotus m100 wishbones over the phone for 1155 that have been delivered but have never received a receipt or invoice. I have contacted them a couple of times times but nothing. Quite concerned now.
Saw a car on their website .Went to the view it , ended up buying it , and couldnt be happier .Great from start from finish, organised a test drive , decided to buy it . Over the next weeks, they organised the mot and gave a full service and did some minor repairs I requested , no problem. Was kept up to date by Kate . Great to deal with her , no pressure to buy, just information you needed in a relaxed environment . Very trustworthy dealership, very happy I bought my car from them. I bought an Elise of Paul Matty over two years ago - had to spend quite a bit on it to get it right - tyres that had foam in and other niggles contacted them and they said because it's not mechanical then it's not under warranty.Recently an enquiry on one of their sprint Elise's with a view to px my Elise - no response from my email over 8 months ago.I kept contacting them with all the deatails of my car - they kept fobbing me off and clearly did not want to make a deal . Disappointing to say the least.The car I was interested in is now sold.I will not buy a car or buy parts from them again
