Turned up at 4.20 pm to look at at a car. When we asked if we could lookinside we were asked if we were there to look or buy as he closes in 5 minutes. The most rude and unhelpful man I've ever met.I think you'll find your records are incorrect as we were not on the premises for 1 hour 15 mins maximum. Do you're representatives also deliver cars to customers with there young song with them!!!! I think not. I am allowed to be upset at your service. You're not allowed to make you look better than you were on that day!!!!Its not appointment only either....Another incorrect statement.. Not too impressed told there was DAB radio and even the advert stated this but there wasn't and had to spend 300 pound to get one fitted from manufacturer. After getting the car back home and lookimg closer it looked like it had been cleaned by a scouring pad at some point in its life which cost me 200 pound to rectify emailed the dealership weeks ago and not had a response back so really not impressed
